Over the years we have seen our guests seeking for very genuine experiences: activities that replicate the essence of the Italian lifestyle such as going to the food market and simply cook a grandmom’s recipe with fresh and local ingredients, in other words the pursuit of living the Italian way. Hence the origin of our full Italian day consisting of a guided tour to our beautiful wine producing region and a private cooking class at your accommodation in or around Bolgheri.

Your day will start with a guided visit to one winery to be selected according to your wishes. After touring the vineyards and the cellar, a wine tasting of Bolgheri doc, Bolgheri Superiore, IGT and Supertuscan wines will follow.

Later, our private chef will await for you at your accommodation for teaching you the basics of a classic Italian meal including pasta from scratch, old Tuscan recipes and cooking insights. Lunch/dinner with more wines will be served following your class.
